Adam is a compassionate, charismatic and thought provoking technology leader. In my time working under Adam’s direction he helped me significantly grow in my career as a people leader as well as a product manager. His passion for technology driven problem solving is evident in everything he does and his plethora of great experience makes him an invaluable asset to any organization. Beyond that, Adam is generally just a great person to be around and has a positive affect on all those around him.

I had the privilege of partnering closely with Adam on all things HR related. Adam is not only a sound leader, but also someone I truly enjoy working with. His passion for technology and innovation is apparent and infectious. He leads with transparency and the hard truth. He very clearly cares about the well-being of his employees and will put them first and foremost in decision-making. I am thankful for what we have been through together and consider him a true friend.

I have worked for Adam for almost 5 years at Comcast Silicon Valley. I’d like to share my insight. Adam is warm, authentic, hard working, honest, and inspirational. Often I think of Adam as a VP of Product instead of VP of Engineering as Adam’s consumer product sense is spot-on. Adam understands that technology is an enabler of an end-to-end, delightful customer fulfillment experience. I’ve grown as a leader myself under his mentorship, learning to juggle the art of compromise and conviction, working together to solve problems, and advocating for the right thing. I don’t say this lightly, in our five years together Adam has made me a better leader, manager and person.
